Casa de Cultura Laura Alvim, located in front of Ipanema Beach, on Avenida Vieira Souto, will be transformed - from February to November 2024 - into G20 House (Casa do G20) in Rio de Janeiro.
To foster a permanent dialogue, throughout the year, between the G20 countries, the State of Rio de Janeiro and the visiting public, Casa G20 will work as a meeting point for events, seminars and exhibitions, which connect Rio de Janeiro to G20.
Casa G20 will be a place to promote the economic, cultural and environmental potential and wealth of our State, as well as to present the main public policies of the State Government that dialogue with the G20 themes.
